OptiView Family Eyecare PLLC sends SMS messages only to patients who affirmatively consent to receive them. Patients may provide consent verbally to a staff member when scheduling or confirming an appointment. Providing a mobile phone number, submitting an appointment request, or accepting the general Terms and Privacy Policy does not by itself constitute consent to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of receiving care or services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that provide support services (such as customer service) is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
